I’m really looking forward to getting this book for christmas. James is definitely the Kieth Floyd of the 21st century.
I hope that my copy will become as well used looking as the cover.
My suggestion for volume two would be my Grandmother’s “Beef, wild mushroon and guinnes pie with a suet crust”.
